Scrabble in the Vienne – 86250 St Romain en Charroux
Did you know that a game of Scrabble once a fortnight can improve your brain? It will also improve your social life. However it might also increase your waistline!
Scrabble club is an informal gathering of people who like to play Scrabble, with varying degrees of success. Some are better than others and some are more competitive. We all like to play, to chat and mid way we stop for tea and cakes.
Everyone is welcome and you can bring a friend or two. If you want to join us please contact me so that I can be sure to bake enough cakes. You do not have to commit to come each time, just whenever you want play or have some company or a chat.
There is no charge but you may make a voluntary donation to our chosen charity (decided by the players) should you wish to. During the Spring 2011 we sent money to Save the Children Fund appeals.
The next scrabble club will be on Feb 21st at 2.30 p.m.
Future dates are Mar 6th, 20th and April 3rd.
